Children's Rights Canada is established as a not for profit Advocacy Group for Children Across Canada who's legal rights may not be fully respected, especially as those rights pertain to the implementation of the Divorce Act and/or the Family Law Act.

Our mission is to advocate for consistent implementation of law in all cases brought before the courts; to ensure parents of affected children are treated equally and fairly by police agencies and the legal system, without bias or prejudice; that children maintain access to both parents following separation and/or divorce, including high-conflict cases and in situations where unfounded and/or unproven allegations are on record; and, that Court Orders are enforced.

Our objective is to work with authorities to ensure children's rights are upheld; that equality in parenting rights are prioritized and that no child is Alienated from parents, family and friends.

We recognize that extenuating circumstances will, at times, prevent one or more parents from having access to their child(ren); that at times it is in a child's best interest that one or more parents not have access - this however should be exceptional and not the norm.
